The Yale Claude D. Pepper Older Americans Independence Center (OAIC) is now accepting letters of intent from full-time faculty across Yale with interests and expertise relevant to aging research who would be interested in submitting a career development proposal (if within five years of total faculty appointment), or a pilot project proposal. Letters of intent are due by 5 p.m. on October 18, 2021.

The OAIC provides intellectual leadership and innovation for aging research that is directed at enhancing the independence of older persons. The scope of work to be supported by the Yale Pepper Center encompasses basic, translational, epidemiological, clinical trial, health services, informatics, and gerontologic biostatistics research.
