COACH Advisory Council
The COACH Advisory Council is an ongoing partnership with representatives from key community resources for mutual geriatric education and increased (enriched) community geriatric expertise. The Council is composed of representatives from the New Haven Health Department, Bridgeport Health Department, Alzheimer’s Association, South Central Agency on Aging, Southwestern CT Agency on Aging, The Mary Wade Home, VNA Community Healthcare, and the Yale New Haven Hospital Patient and Family Advisory Council.
