Last month faculty, staff, and a master’s student from the Yale Schools of Medicine and Public Health traveled to the University of Jordan in Amman to enhance educational exchange and engage with primary and secondary stakeholders to further the program’s mission as well as continue ongoing discussions around program evaluation and sustainability.
Global Collaborations in Harm Reduction: University of Jordan and Yale
From September 19th – 23rd, 2022, five faculty members from the University of Jordan (UJ) traveled from Jordan to New Haven to meet with Yale students and faculty as part of the Yale-UJ Joint Training Program in Addiction Medicine.
Global Addictions Network Creates Program in Jordan
Faculty from the Yale Institute for Global Health Global Addictions Network, in partnership with faculty from The University of Jordan School of Pharmacy, received a $158,466, two-year grant, from the US Department of State via the American Embassy in Amman Public Affairs Office to create a joint addiction training program between Yale Schools of Medicine and Public
