Pain, Opioids, Addiction, and Worker Wellness
Join us for the fourth session in a four-part webinar series offered by the Yale Program in Addiction Medicine in partnership with the Yale Alumni Health Network. This fourth and final session will focus on substance use and pain with an occupational health lens, addressing worker wellness, the return-to-work process, and the role of the clinician, as well as employer engagement in promoting employee wellbeing. The previous sessions focused on substance use and addiction in adolescents, young adults, older adults, as well as the intersection of substance use and pain with particular focus on palliative care and the examples of Sickle Cell Disease and cancer survivorship.
