Dean's Virtual Workshop: "COVID-19 Research at Yale"

Dean Nancy J. Brown, MD, will host this virtual discussion of the work Yale researchers are doing toward conquering the COVID-19 pandemic. It is one of a series of workshops Dean Brown plans to host as she leads efforts to enhance communication and research connections during the pandemic. The focus of this first workshop is current and upcoming research efforts to address testing patients for COVID-19, transmission of SARS-CoV-2 in Connecticut, new studies to understand how this virus infects cells and how we might interrupt that process, how the immune system responds, and use of data science to elucidate social consequences of the pandemic.
