Stephanie Thorn, MSc, PhD

Dr Stephanie L. Thorn, MSc, PhD is a Research Scientist in the Section of Cardiovascular Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine. Dr Thorn is a faculty member of the Yale Translational Research Imaging Center (YTRIC). Her research interests are centered on cardiovascular imaging, using PET, SPECT and CT to develop new approaches in the interrogation of molecular pathways, quantification of blood flow and alterations in function of the myocardium. Dr Thorn specifically pursues translational research in ischemia-reperfusion remodeling, myocardial infarction and right ventricular heart failure.
