The inaugural issue of JSCAI, the official scientific journal of the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions, is available online at jscai.org. The open access journal features Yale Cardiovascular Medicine faculty and fellows including Andreas Baumbach, MD, Josephine Chou, MD, MS, Tayyab Shah, MD, and Yasin Hussain, MD.

Dr. Lansky, a professor of medicine and director of the Yale Cardiovascular Research Group (YCRG) and Yale Heart and Vascular Center Clinical Research Program, serves as the founding editor-in-chief. JSCAI includes high-impact discussions on clinical and scientific research, meta-analyses, imaging and case reports, and reviews on coronary, peripheral, structural, and congenital heart disease.

“JSCAI is a powerful vehicle for authors to contribute and disseminate new clinical and scientific evidence related to all aspects of interventional cardiovascular medicine,” said Dr. Lansky in an editorial.

JSCAI invites submissions of original research in congenital, coronary, peripheral, and structural heart disease. For detailed information and submission guidelines, please visit the JSCAI website.
