Assistant Clinical Professor in Neurology and Internal Medicine, Neurology
Dr. Fattahi is a board certified neurologist practicing in Connecticut. He initially trained in Optometry and then in Biomedical Engineering at Wright State University. After completing his Doctorate of Medicine training at Wright State University School of Medicine, he completed his Internship in Medicine, at University of Cincinnati Jewish Hospital. He then trained at Yale University School of Medicine for his Neurology residency. He completed a Fellowship in Neuro-immunology and Neurophysiology at Yale-New Haven Hospital and West Haven Veteran Affairs Hospital. His clinical interest includes comprehensive neurology, multiple sclerosis, neuro-ophthalmology, neurophysiology (Electromyography, Nerve Conduction Study, EEG, Visual Evoked Potential), neuromuscular disease and Botox treatment. He is a member of American Academy of Neurology, American Medical Association and Prevent Blindness of America. He provides care at Waterbury Hospital, St Mary's Hospital, Bridgeport Hospital and West Haven Veterans Affairs Hospital. He is a Assistant Clinical Professor in Neurology and Internal Medicine at Yale University School of Medicine. He is currently Regional Chair in Neurology for Trinity Health of New England. He is currently a candidate to receive MBA degree from Yale School of Management in 2022.
