2018 Department of Immunobiology Retreat

Immunobiology Retreat 2018

New Haven Lawn Club
Monday-Tuesday, October 1-2, 2018

We are looking forward to the Annual Departmental Retreat again! It will take place on Monday-Tuesday, October 1-2, 2018 at the New Haven Lawn Club in New Haven, CT.  We will have plenary sessions presented by our faculty members and a Keynote talk by Dr. Elaine Fuchs, from The Rockefeller University. In addition to the plenary talks, there will be two (2) poster sessions to compete in for prizes! Our forum provides a relaxed and informal setting for people to describe and receive feedback on their work, regardless of what stage their project has reached.

On the evening of Monday, October 1, everyone is invited to attend dinner and open bar at BAR Pizza in New Haven.

To make this Retreat successful, we have space for 70 posters and are strongly urging all Immunobiology graduate students and postdocs to present a poster.

Cost: No out-of-pocket expenses are anticipated for Immunobiology personnel.

Rules: Because of the scientific nature of the sessions, as well as outside subsidization, attendance will be limited to Immunobiology personnel and invited guests only.

Registration is now closed. Please contact Debra Gilhuly if you would like to be put on a waiting list after registration closes.

Only those who have registered will be admitted to the Lawn Club and BAR.

There will be a bus (one way) provided from the New Haven Lawn Club to BAR Pizza on the evening of Mon, Oct 1. When registering, please be sure to indicate if you will be taking the bus.
