Ruihuan Yu

Ruihuan received a Bachelor of Medicine in Clinical Medicine from Shandong First Medical University in 2019, an MSc in Chemical Sciences, Chemistry and Biochemistry from Laurentian University in 2021. She currently serves as a postgraduate research fellow in the Department of Genetics, Yale School of Medicine, Yale University (started in November 2021). Ruihuan is working on spatial transcriptomics and 3D genome organization with image-based spatial omics technologies including chromatin tracing, MERFISH, and MINA in Dr. Wang's Lab.
