Title: Research and Work Opportunities at the Center for Outcomes Research & Evaluation (CORE)

Abstract: The Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation (CORE) is a leading national outcomes research center working on high impact projects designed to assess healthcare quality and evaluate clinical decision making and comparative effectiveness of critical healthcare interventions. Our mission is to improve health and health care through targeted research and evaluation projects that combine scholarship and service to have a positive impact on policy and people’s lives. We are a fast-paced multidisciplinary team working at the intersection of science, health care quality and policy. We are currently recruiting data scientists at both MS and PhD level. We are looking for individuals who desire to contribute to the design and analysis of our research projects and seek substantive scientific and statistical responsibilities and contributions. Applicants will have the opportunity to apply data analytics directly to real-world problems that are important for patients and policy makers. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to contribute towards a growing field that is likely to shape the delivery of health care in the future. There will also be opportunity to work with experts from the US and other countries and to publish high-quality work in technical reports and peer-reviewed journals.
