Yale RNA club

The Yale RNA Club meets monthly, providing a regular, consistent opportunity to highlight cutting-edge research conducted by esteemed faculty and laboratories affiliated with the Yale RNA Center.

Each RNA Club session will proudly showcase the work of two distinguished speakers.

The meetings will take place in person, providing a dynamic platform for scientific exchange. The venue will alternate between Science Hill and the Medical campus monthly.

This month’s meeting will be held in person at the TAC Auditorium (N107) featuring:

  • Sudheesh Allikka Parambil (Van Wolfswinkel Lab)“Planarian pluripotent stem cells drive and depend on RNAi”

  • Zhiping Zhang (Miura Lab, UConn)“Leveraging long read RNA-seq to decipher alternative polyadenylation in neurons at single nucleotide resolution”
