Virtual T'ai Chi/Qigong hosted by Smilow Integrative Medicine
Students are taught the fundamentals of breath work, movement and postures which develop into the T’ai-Chi form. The benefits are strength, mobility, correct alignment, physical and mental balance, resulting in overall improvement in health and well-being, which the Chinese refer to as rejuvenation. All levels are welcome.
