Bring your body, breath and mind back into balance with gentle floor stretches, breath awareness and Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation technique that will sooth your nervous system and leave you refreshed and relaxed. (Suggested props: pillows, blanket that can be rolled up, and an eye pillow or eye covering). All levels welcome. Instructor Ellen McNally, E-RYT500.
