OAPD faculty workshop: Cultivating Professionalism at the Yale School of Medicine

At the end of this presentation, participants will be able to:

1. Explain the role of and services provided by the Office of Academic Professionalism and Development, including the processes for reporting academic professionalism concerns about a faculty member or researcher, and how to access them.
2. Understand how the Office of Academic Professionalism and Development collaborates with other offices in the university.
3. Identify and discuss unprofessional or disruptive behaviors in the context of the Yale School of Medicine’s professionalism standards, including but not limited to, the Yale School of Medicine’s Core Values, the Yale Standards of Faculty Conduct and other University policies and codes of conduct.
