Harm Reduction Services in the United States: A State of the Union

After decades of suppression, harm reduction services in the U.S. are finally receiving more attention and support. But in many jurisdictions, it's one step forward, two steps back. This session will provide an overview of the history, current status, and existing barriers to scale up for harm reduction in the United States.
