Friday Mindful Meditation
Free afternoon group meditation for the Yale community held on Zoom from 12:15 - 12:45 PM EST.
Meditations are about 30 minutes long and a mix of guided and silent. Time for reflections and optional sharing is also included at the conclusion of the practice.
Beginners welcome! No experience necessary. No special equipment required. Open to all Yale affiliates.
The Friday practice is led by Elizabeth Rathbun, LPC, PsyD., Intuitive Eating Counselor and Mindfulness Instructor with Being Well at Yale.
