 n (YSM ETI) team will host a workshop on Cultivating a Culture of Innovat
 ion in Medical Education as part of the Technology in Medical Education I
 nnovation Series (TIME Series) . This hour-long workshop will be an encor
 e session of an Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) conferenc
 e workshop that the YSM ETI team lead for other universities on strategie
 s to assess readiness\, reduce barriers\, and develop action plans for IT
  innovation. Medical faculty want to enhance teaching but need supportive
  environments for safe IT experimentation. During this interactive worksh
 op\, YSM ETI will present lessons from the team's experience and lead sma
 ll group discussions through structured worksheets. This hands-on event w
 ill be in-person only. If you cannot attend but are interested in the wor
