Title: Behind the Numbers: Street Drug Supply Changes and Overdose Trends
Learning Objectives:
- Understand and apply the 5-part framework for making sense of the illicit drug supply and its implications for clinical assessment.
- Evaluate potential causes contributing to the decline in overdose deaths and their relative impact on mortality trends.
- Identify specific community interventions and substance use disorder (SUD) treatment approaches that influence overdose death trends at the population level.
Addiction Medicine Rounds are CME accredited. Each session will be assigned 1 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM.
