Genetics Clinical Grand Rounds: "A case of acute myeloid leukemia with unusual germline CEBPA mutation: lessons learned about mutation detection, location, and penetrance”
A 31yo female with AML was identified to have a germline CEBPA mutation, consistent with CEBPA-Associated Familial Acute Myeloid Leukemia. This presentation will review current knowledge of CEBPA-Associated Familial Acute Myeloid Leukemia as it pertains to penetrance, testing implications, and genetic counseling issues.
