Bereavement Seminar: “Understanding and Managing Grief – How Long am I Going to Feel Like This?"

Virtual Bereavement Seminar
In collaboration with our Palliative Care Service, the Bereavement Service at Yale New Haven Hospital will be offering two Virtual Bereavement Seminars to provide education and support for understanding and managing your grief and honoring your loved one. Both seminars will include information on grief reactions, coping strategies, the importance of grief rituals and identify resources to help with support and healing.
- “ Understanding and Managing Grief – How long am I going to feel like this? “ – Wednesday, September 16th – 1:30pm – 3:30 pm
- “ Covid 19 – Coping with the loss of your loved one” – Wednesday, September 30th – 5:30pm – 7:30pm. The group is open to all who have lost a loved one to COVID-19.
