Yale African Students' Association Presents Africa Week: "Africa 360: Africa's Health Innovators"

The Yale African Students' Association (YASA) presents Africa Week, a student-run week of events aimed at raising awareness of topical issues affecting the continent, as well as celebrating African culture, November 11th - 16th.

Africa 360: a panoramic perspective of the continent includes a mix of speaker engagements, performances and discussion panels. While YASA recognizes the urgency of Africa’s security concerns and economic development, they seek to emphasize the wealth and breadth of other disciplines and fields in which Africans are making significant contributions to the continent.

Among the week’s other events, a panel focused on innovation and reform in health care on the continent is scheduled November 14th at 5:00 pm
