INSTRUCTIONS:

First time Skype users: please take a few moments to perform the set-up steps below in advance of your meeting to insure that you set up your device correctly

(These steps are not needed if you have Skype for Business already installed on your PC)

Click on the link (usually found in your Outlook calendar as a meeting invite).

When prompted to enter your YNHH credentials, close this window, you will be logging on as a guest.

Click on the bottom of the page indicated where to sign in as a guest.

When prompted (prompt usually appears on the bottom), click run to install the app.

Some browsers do not prompt, instead the app will appear downloaded on the bottom of the browser.

The app will take a few moments to load.

If prompted, click allow Microsoft link web app plug-in

Before clicking join the meeting, make sure remember me and install link web app plug-in are selected.

If your PC does not have a microphone you must do the following steps below (this is usually just needed the first time).

This will allow you to use a telephone for the audio portion of the meeting:

Click on the gear wheel on the upper right of the screen and select options.

In the options menu click on phones, then select “prompt me before joining to confirm or select another audio source”

Then select OK. Exit the meeting. Click rejoin to enter the meeting.

When the join meeting Audio window is displayed, select “I will dial into the meeting”,

This will display the telephone dial-in number and conference ID number

Please remember to keep your microphone on mute when you are not talking to avoid unwanted sounds heard by other participants during the meeting
