Hobbies/Interests: Traveling and exploring new places, fine dining, trying new activities, eating, spending time with family and friends, food, watching Broadway shows, plays, musicals and dessert.
Past Life: My first job was working in the main cafeteria in college –mainly for the free food –and that’s how I met my husband!
Academic Interests: Clinical research, medical education and global health.
Favorite activities in New Haven: Hoping to try lots of new activities and restaurants over the next couple of years!
Why Yale EM: Diverse patient population and pathology –patients from urban, suburban and rural areas –enabling one to become a well-rounded EM physician; solid clinical training; countless resources and endless opportunities to explore interests outside of clinical medicine; supportive faculty and staff, proximity to family and friends. Yale EM was truly a perfect fit for me!
