Past Life: Born and raised on Long Island, finished high school and attended Washington University in St. Louis. Pursued a BS in Biomedical Engineering while minoring in Physics and Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology. After finishing college, became an EMT-Basic for New York State and an Academic Associate performing clinical research in the Department of Emergency Medicine within the North Shore-LIJ Health System. Currently finishing his undergraduate medical education at Stony Brook University School of Medicine and looks forward to beginning his residency training in Emergency Medicine at Yale New Haven Hospital.
Academic Interests: Critical care and resuscitation medicine with a specific focus on biomarkers and therapeutic management of sepsis and septic shock.
Favorite activities in New Haven: Sampling the local delicacies.
