Consult ophthalmology immediately!

Concern for endophthalmitis

Symptoms: recent eye surgery or eye trauma, eye pain, progressively worsening vision loss

Diagnosis: Use slit lamp to see layering of WBC in the anterior chamber (sometimes can see without slit lamp, but can be hard when the layering is small) & possibly see cell and flare in the anterior chamber
