Endopthalmitis

Consult ophthalmology immediately!

Symptoms: within 1 week of recent eye surgery or eye trauma, eye pain, blurry vision, progressively worsening visual acuity, can be with or without eye pain.

Diagnosis: Use slit lamp to see layering of WBC in the anterior chamber (sometimes can see without slit lamp, but can be hard when the layering is small) & possibly see cell and flare in the anterior chamber.
