 scussion on "Climate Consciousness and Sustainable Use of AI Tools" explo
 ring the intersection of artificial intelligence\, medicine\, and environ
 mental sustainability. This event is part of the YSM ETI Time Series. The
  panel discussion will explore the environmental impact of AI tools in me
 dical education\, focusing on the energy demands of AI models\, the lifec
 ycle impacts of servers and devices\, and the ecological costs of raw mat
 erials. It will highlight the global disparities in environmental consequ
 ences\, where high-income communities use of energy-intensive AI tools bu
 rdens low- and middle-income communities leading to environmental and hea
 lth costs. The discussion will also propose actionable strategies for pro
 moting sustainable AI practices at individual\, institutional\, and profe
 ssional levels\, emphasizing energy-conscious use\, sustainable procureme
 nt\, and ethical environmental stewardship. The panel will be facilitated
  by Jaideep Talwalkar \, MD\, associate dean for educational technology a
 nd innovation and will include: Yuan Yao\, PhD \, associate professor of 
 industrial ecology and sustainable systems\; director of the Center for I
