Antony Sare, MD

Antony was born in NYC and raised in NJ by his immigrant Croatian parents Yelica and Roberto. He combined his passions for soccer and science by playing Division 1 Soccer for Loyola University Maryland - where he graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of science in Biochemistry. Antony then received his MD from Rutgers New Jersey Medical school where he discovered the incredible field of Interventional Radiology. At Rutgers, he published extensively and contributed to the growth of the NJ Interventional Radiology Society. Thanks to the wonderful guidance and support from friends, family, and mentors he is now continuing his training at Yale as an Integrated Interventional Radiology resident. Antony is an older brother to his sister Lara, husband to his lovely wife Samantha, and fur-dad to two mini golden doodles. In his free time, he enjoys good food, hiking, soccer, and snowboarding.
