The Pediatric Dermatology Fellowship at the Yale University School of Medicine is a one-year program that has been approved by the American Board of Dermatology.
We are currently not accepting applications for our Pediatric Fellowship Program.
The Pediatric Dermatology Fellowship Program is overseen by Richard Antaya, M.D., Director of Pediatric Dermatology.
Fellowship training includes participation in medical and surgical outpatient care in varied clinical settings ranging from hospital clinics to faculty practice offices, inpatient consultation activities and inpatient pediatric dermatology admissions. Fellows also participate in multidisciplinary conferences dedicated to congenital skin disorders and vascular anomalies. Through these experiences, the pediatric dermatology fellow becomes expert in the diagnosis and management of the full spectrum of pediatric skin diseases as well as the associated developmental and psychosocial issues affecting newborns to adolescents. Fellows will participate in clinical research projects and will teach dermatology residents and medical students at the Yale Department of Dermatology.
