Ms. Finn has significant professional experience in domestic and international public health, comprising both research and project management. Prior to joining the CHIRAL team, Ms. Finn coordinated several prominent research projects at the Yale Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation (CORE) and Massachusetts General Hospital, and conducted field work in Kenya, evaluating a government-run trachoma project. Her primary interest lies in using qualitative and quantitative methods to identify new ways to improve access to healthcare. She holds a Master of Public Health degree from Boston University and an undergraduate degree in Economics and Development Studies from Brown University.
