This month marked a major milestone for Elevate: we hosted the inaugural MOMS Partnership® All-Network Meeting, bringing together teams from across the country to share learning, celebrate progress, and chart a path forward together. It was a powerful reminder that while our work is grounded in individual communities, we are part of something much larger—a national movement to transform systems in service of mothers and families.
