On behalf of Elevate, I want to express deep gratitude to our partners and sponsors, who gave time, energy and financial support to advance Elevate’s mission and our shared vision for the health and well-being of mothers and families this year. Our data and our moms tell the story of our impact. Our collective actions are making a difference, and we are undaunted in the face of challenges that lie ahead. Please join us in making 2025 another great year!

Elevate Celebrates Five Years of Impact on Maternal Mental Health

Over the past five years, the MOMS Partnership® has made meaningful strides in improving maternal mental health across 8 communities and counting. By equipping over 1,000 mothers with practical tools to manage stress, MOMS has helped participants see significant improvements in depression, anxiety, perceived stress, and social support—with nearly all sites reporting sustained benefits at follow-up.
The program’s culturally responsive approach includes stress management courses in 3 languages—English, Spanish, and Chinese—and tailored adaptations for mothers in diverse communities, including Asian American and job-seeking mothers.
Exciting news for 2025: MOMS programming will expand to reach Spanish-speaking families in NYC shelters and mothers in Baltimore, continuing its mission to elevate maternal well-being nationwide.
Together, we’re helping mothers thrive—because maternal health matters.
