Pre-Doctoral Internship in Psychology
Mary Kathryn Cancielliere has completed her predoctoral internship and will receive her PhD from University of Rhode Island. She will be transitioning to another program in the fall.
Joanna Hurley has completed her predoctoral internship and will receive her PhD from Adelphi University. She will continue on at the Child Study Center as a second year fellow with an emphasis in the area of Trauma and Children.
Amy Barrett has completed her predoctoral internship and will receive her PhD from University of California Santa Barbara. She will continue on at the Child Study Center as a second year fellow with an emphasis on autism.
Dana Allswede has completed her predoctoral internship will soon receive her PhD from Yale University. She will continue on at the Child Study Center as a second year fellow with an emphasis on early childhood.
Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Psychology
Monica Baretto received her PhD from Western Michigan University. She has taken a faculty position at the Child Study Center where she will focus on outpatient services and integrated behavioral health care in pediatric settings.
Kimberly Ho Misiaszek received her PhD from University of Miami. Kimberly will be working as a Psychologist at the Kennedy Krieger Institute where she will provide comprehensive psychological evaluations and treatment to children and adolescents. Additionally, she will be joining the faculty of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
Laura Kirby received her PhD from University of Maryland at College Park. In November, Laura will begin a faculty position as a clinical psychologist at the Duke Center for Autism and Brain Development. She will be involved in clinical assessment of research participants for the Autism Biomarkers Consortium for Clinical Trials, will provide therapy for individuals with autism and comorbid disorders, and will mentor and teach trainees.
Katie Simon received her PhD from Tulane University. Katie will be joining the clinical faculty of the Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University where she will work as a Staff Psychologist within the Pediatric Partial Hospitalization program where she will provide family-based day treatment and comprehensive evaluation and consultation services for very young children experiencing serious emotional, behavioral, and relationship problems.
