YCSC Grand Rounds—On Leadership

"Healing, Learning, and Acting for Greater New Haven"

Rescheduled from Jan. 27, due to weather complications, this talk will explore lessons of healing, learning, and acting as a leader across various roles while seeking to build a healthier Greater New Haven. Participants will learn about an approach to people-centered leadership that spans academic, public, and private sector settings. Integrating knowledge of child development with community development efforts will also be addressed, along with the exploration of what it takes to create thriving communities.

This session is part of the 2025-2026 leadership-focused grand rounds special lecture series, Exploring and Enhancing Leadership in the Academy. The goal of this series is to provide an open forum with leaders who are committed to principles of collaboration and service, at Yale School of Medicine and beyond.
