Yale Child Study Center Grand Rounds: Honoring Juneteenth
Join the YCSC Grand Rounds committee in the courtyard at 230 South Frontage Road (with the Cohen Auditorium as the rain location) to mark the end of the department's Grand Rounds season with the department's fourth annual Juneteenth celebration. YSM Deputy Dean and Chief Diversity Officer Darin Latimore, MD, will provide a few remarks again this year, along with raffles and refreshments (with a taste of the Caribbean) available.
Established in 2022 by Krystal Finch, PhD; Belinda Oliver, MS; Camille Cooper, PhD; Stacey Cannon, BS; and Tara Davila, LCSW; this event has won the hearts of YCSC community members. Feel free to bring a folding chair to sit and connect with colleagues while listening to music and enjoying some culturally influenced treats. Continuing education credit is not available for this session.
YCSC Grand Rounds sessions are typically presented in the Cohen Auditorium at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesdays from September through June, with a live stream available via Zoom. Internal participants are encouraged to attend sessions in person. Select recordings are posted on-line as soon as they are available, though this session will not be recorded or simulvast via Zoom.
