This session will focus on the following:
Common emotional, social, and financial impacts of caregiving—and why stress, burnout, grief, and isolation are so common (and understandable)
Practical strategies to support caregiver wellbeing, including self-care, boundaries, acceptance, and managing worry
Skills to reduce household tension and support recovery, while protecting your own mental health
Resources for caregivers, including therapy, peer support, education, and evidence-based tools to feel more empowered and less alone
