DESCRIPTION:All in the YCSC community are invited to join this fourth annu
 al opportunity to gather together and celebrate academic progression amon
 g YCSC faculty and staff. The October community meeting time will be used
  for the event again this year\, held in-person only in the Cohen Auditor
 ium. Refreshments will be served\, and YCSC Chair Linda Mayes will welcom
 e all to this social event. The individuals being recognized based on rec
 ent promotion (finalized and approved in fiscal year 2026\, i.e.\, 07/01/
 2025-06/30/2026) will be announced via YCSC Internal Announcements on Sha
 rePoint leading up to the event. Any promotions approved as of July 1\, 2
 026\, or after\, will be recognized next year. YCSC community meetings ar
 e typically held on fifth Wednesdays of the month throughout the year\, i
 ncluding the department's long-term service recognition each spring\, in 
 addition to a special annual awards and recognition ceremony in early Jun
 e and a winter town hall meeting with Dean Brown . All YCSC community mem
 bers (faculty\, staff\, trainees\, etc.) are welcome\, and encouraged to 
 attend these events in person. The academic progression event is offered
