 rance Day\, this presentation will focus on the critical role of storytel
 ling in preserving the legacies and lessons of the Holocaust for today’s 
 youth. YCSC Assistant Professor Pam Hoffman will lead a panel discussion 
 delving into the profound impact of personal narratives from Holocaust su
 rvivors and their descendants in educating diverse communities about the 
 perils of intolerance and the importance of resilience. The learning obje
 ctives for this session are to: Appreciate the importance of telling stor
 ies of the Holocaust as a means to educate children on antisemitism and t
 olerance Reflect on the power of narrative stories of resilience Consider
  1-2 ways telling stories of the Holocaust can help children work through
  current issues Continuing Education This session is approved for Continu
 ing Education Credit (CEC) by the National Association of Social Workers\
 , CT and meets the continuing education criteria for Social Work\, Marria
 ge & Family Therapist\, Professional Counselor\, and Licensed Psychologis
 t Licensure renewal. Additional information and instructions for earning 
 CEC for this session will be provided at the live event. YCSC Grand Round
 s are reviewed for eligibility for Continuing Medical Education (CME) cre
 dits on an annual basis and most lecture-style sessions are approved for 
 the year. Yale School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Coun
 cil for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medica
 l education for physicians. Individual event designation details are prov
 ided at applicable live events. YCSC Grand Rounds sessions are typically 
 presented in the Cohen Auditorium at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesdays from September
