The conference is held at Yale or at Austen Riggs in alternating years. It is usually in June. More information will be available closer to registration.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of the conference, participants will be able to:

  • Conceptualize clinically significant change as a complex process involving biological, psychological, behavioral, and social dimensions.
  • Describe different approaches to defining and documenting clinically significant change.
  • Define clinical intervention as a change process.
  • Explain how definition and documentation of clinically significant change may vary with different approaches to clinical intervention delivered in a specific context.
