Registration is open for the 2025 Yale/Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) Developing Faculty Competency in Assessment course. The four-session course includes virtual sessions on Sept. 11 and 18 and in-person sessions on Sept. 24 and 25.
The course is a collaboration between ACGME, the Yale School of Medicine (YSM) Center for Medical Education, and the Yale New Haven Health System (YNHHS) GME Office. It is designed to help participants develop and implement effective assessment programs for residents and fellows. Program directors, associate program directors, fellowship directors, chairs, heads of clinical competency committees, medical student and PA student education leaders, and other core faculty with major responsibility for assessment of residents and fellows are encouraged to register.
The course will be delivered as a blend of virtual and in-person sessions. Registrants must attend all four sessions.
