For Fellows

This one-year certificate course is designed for fellows who are interested in clinician educator careers and/or who would like to advance their teaching skills. The program runs from September to April, with most (but not all) of the didactic sessions held virtually on Mondays from 1-2 pm. Topics include learning climate, adult learning theory, technology in teaching, teaching with simulation, giving feedback, and teaching when time is limited. These didactic sessions are enhanced by an experiential component wherein Fellows complete and reflect on five observed teaching encounters.
