Yale Center for Medical Informatics Special Lecture: "Phenotyping Then and Now"
Dr. Rosenman will present on his work over the past 25 years improving methods for extracting, merging, and validating complex data from various sources (clinical, payer, public health, justice system, and other) -- and on candidly conveying the challenges inherent in multi-source projects. He will explicitly tie this work to applications in establishing cohorts, measuring outcomes, supporting randomized clinical trials, and conducting analyses.
