Community Outreach and Partnerships
We are co-creating a sustainable Early Onset Cancer Program by leveraging our community partnerships to build strong relationships. The Early Onset Cancer Program partners with many community-based organizations, advocacy groups, and individuals across Connecticut to guide the development of our programs, services, and events.
Community Events
We are working to increase early onset cancer awareness, knowledge, and resources in the community by hosting and participating in events across Connecticut and beyond. We are building relationships within our local Connecticut neighborhoods with the goal of enhancing support for patients with early onset cancer and their families and supporters.
