MNI to Talairach Coordinate Converter

This web application implements the Nonlinear Yale MNI to Talairach Conversion Algorithm that is embedded in BioImage Suite 2.0 and later. This mapping is based on a nonlinear surface registration between the MNI Colin brain and the outline of the Talairach brain as reconstructed by digitizing the Talairach Atlas. This method is documented in Lacadie et al. NeuroImage. 2008.
