Biography

My post-doctoral and current research interests have been on developing novel hardware and software methods for Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopic Imaging (MRSI), to improve robustness, performance, and power requirements for human brain imaging, with the long-term goal of applying developed methods in studying: 1) the healthy brain, 2) various pathologies, and 3) to answer fundamental questions in neuroscience. A parallel long-term goal I have is to improve robustness of MRSI acquisitions, which in turn I hope will allow MRSI to become an attractive tool in the clinical setting with routine MRI.
