August 23, 2022

Stephanie Yarnell-Mac Grory, MD, PhD, assistant clinical professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Yale School of Medicine, has joined global healthcare company Sanofi's accelerated leadership program, the Future Leader in Motion Program, in Medical/Research and Development within the Vaccines Division.

Yarnell-Mac Grory said the role is the “perfect culmination” of her PhD in immunology and microbiology tracking down an epidemic, medical knowledge, her understanding of neuroscience of behavior that she obtained during her residency, fellowship, clinical practice, and research in psychiatry, and her business skills earned in the global executive MBA program at Duke University.

“It is exciting to be on a trajectory for a prominent leadership role within a major international healthcare company, and shows that Yale Psychiatry truly does build the future leaders in healthcare,” she said.

Yarnell-Mac Grory will continue her clinical care and conducting research, provide contributions as a voluntary faculty member at Yale, serve on several boards, and will continue her work as the chief medical officer of Serenity Digital Therapeutics, she said.
