AI/ML is making a big impact to healthcare, but, like any new technology, there are new ways to for the technology to fail. This seminar will provide an overview of medical devices that use AI/ML, the effect on regulations (national and international), and standards that are being developed to address these challenges and close these gaps (e.g. what are the additional cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities that AI/ML systems have that aren’t in traditional software?)
