The Anesthesiology Residency Committee (ARC) is a resident-led organization dedicated to promoting resident wellness, fostering social connection, and supporting community engagement. ARC sponsors a variety of annual events and initiatives, including a summer welcome barbecue, softball league, pickleball tournament, monthly birthday celebrations, holiday gatherings, and enhancements to resident spaces within the hospital. The committee also provides residents with early leadership opportunities and serves as a platform for identifying and implementing initiatives that strengthen the overall residency experience and support resident well-being.
