TRANSPORTATION DURING THE WEEKEND
We partner with several local ride services to provide complimentary on-demand transportation during reunion weekend. This service is available Friday from 11:00 am – 10:00 pm and Saturday from 7:30 am – 10:00 pm. Taxi service will be to and from the YSM hotel blocks, Air Rights Garage, medical school buildings on Cedar Street, and all Saturday night class dinner locations, including private homes. Further details will be available upon registration.
HOTEL BLOCKS
The Alumni Office has secured a block of rooms and negotiated rates for the weekend. We suggest you contact the hotel of your choice as soon as possible as our blocks do fill before the spring. When making your reservation, please specifically mention Yale Medical School Reunion as there are also Yale College Reunions the same weekend. Rates and room types are based on availability at the time of booking, all charges are the responsibility of the guest.
PARKING
Parking will be available in the Air Rights Garage. For complimentary parking, you may request a validation ticket at the Registration Desk in the rotunda of Sterling Hall of Medicine to be used with your garage entry ticket when exiting the garage. Please note: street parking is limited and meters are strictly enforced.
SUGGESTED ATTIRE
Most reunion events are casual. Enjoying a walk around campus calls for comfortable shoes. For the Saturday Class Dinner, many classes recommend jacket and tie for men and comparable attire for women.
